R-11-25 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />THE FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 STAFF TRAVEL ASSOCIATED WITH <br />AUTHORIZED TRAININGS AND CONFERENCES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton adopted and approved the annual <br />budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25 on the twenty first day of May, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 5 of Resolution No. R-45-24 outlined position classifications with <br />budgeted amounts for travel exceeding the limits set forth in the travel policy; and <br />WHEREAS, an amendment to Section 5 of Resolution R-45-24 is required to <br />accommodate for additional travel proposed that will exceed the limits outlined in Administrative <br />Policy 2.05.050; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes the following classifications to exceed the travel <br />limitations outlined in Administrative Policy 2.05.050 and amends Section 5 of Resolution R- <br />45-24 to include travel limits for the following classifications as follows: <br />• Chief Deputy City Clerk, $3,000 <br />• Administrative Assistant (City Clerk's Office), $1600 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY PF MARCH 2O25. <br />W <br />I itv C T <br />tv CIOr <br />Ma <br />
