R-13-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 STAFF TRAVEL ASSOCIATED WITH AUTHORIZED TRAININGS AND CONFERENCES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton adopted and approved the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25 on the twenty-first day of May, 2024; and WHEREAS, Section 5 of Resolution No. R-45-24 outlined position classifications with budgeted amounts for travel exceeding the limits set forth in the travel policy; and WHEREAS, an amendment to Section 5 of Resolution R-45-24 is required to accommodate for additional travel proposed that will exceed the limits outlined in Administrative Policy 2.05.050; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are incorporated into this Resolution by reference. Section 2 The City Council authorizes the following classifications to exceed the travel limitations outlined in Administrative Policy 2.05.050 and amends Section 5 of Resolution R- 45-24 to increase training and travel limits by the following amounts: • Electric Utility Director, Executive — $9,250 • Assistant Director of Utility Operations, Executive — $13,114 • Utilities Planning Manager, Administration — $7,898 • Environmental & Conservation Supervisor, Mid -Management — $10,100 • Electric Field Operations Foremen, Non -Management — $2,000 • Service Crew Supervisor, Non -Management — $3,600 • Power Line Technician (2 Positions) — Non -Management — $3,600 (EA) • Power Line Technician Apprentice, Non -Management — $2,000 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY O MA RA J.
