CEREMONIAL MATTERS <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Certificate of Business Recognition — CM Gonzalez presented a business focus recognition <br />certificate to Ngi and Jennifer Ly, who are the owner of Manna Donuts, for their successful <br />business operations in the City of Colton. <br />Certificate of Retirement Recognition —Deb Farrar, Community Services Director, presented a <br />recognition certificate to Mary Alice Roma, who is retiring from her position of ECE <br />Administrative Assistant, after working 36 years for the City of Colton. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />GIFT DISCLOSURE <br />Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. The Mayor reported that he received a non - <br />agenda gift from a colleague with an approximate value of $55. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any brief reports on meetings <br />attended at the expense of the City. (GC Section 53232.3(d); none were disclosed. <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />Council Member Gonzalez was appointed to the Rialto Basin Groundwater Council (RBGC) TAC <br />by unanimous consensus of the Councilmembers present. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS - None. <br />BUSINESS ITEM. <br />(1) Amending Subdivision Ordinance Relating to Tentative Map Extensions - Waive Full <br />Reading, Read by Title Only and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance of the City Council of <br />the City of Colton, California, to Amending 16.16.240 of the Colton Municipal Code <br />Relating to Tentative Map Extensions and Determining the Ordinance to be Exempt from <br />CEQA (File Index No. DAP24-0003), ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-25. <br />(Staff Person: Heidi Duron] <br />A motion was made to waive full reading, read by title only and approve the first reading of <br />Ordinance No. 0-02-25 by Councilmember Gonzalez, with a second by Councilmember Chastain. <br />Vote: Unanimous, Motion Passed. <br />
