R-20-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON UPDATING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved a Master Fee Schedule for the Community Services Department on May 7, 2024 and WHEREAS, with the rising cost of supplies and equipment, updated fees are necessary to meet the same service levels; and WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was held on April 15, 2025 to receive public comments on the proposed changes to the Community Services Department fees and charges. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Adoption of Fees and Charges. The fees and charges set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference shall take effect and be in force according to law. SECTION 2: Effective Date of Resolution. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest thereto, and thereafter this Resolution shall take effect immediately. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 15TH D Y OF APRIL 2025.
