R-137-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE SIGNATORY, CONTACT <br />AND LEAD AGENCY FOR THE SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY ENTERPRISE ZONE <br />APPLICATION, IMPLEMENTATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br />PROCESS <br />Whereas, the City Manager of the City of San Bernardino is authorized to sign <br />the enterprise zone application for the proposed San Bernardino Valley Enterprise Zone <br />(SBVEZ); and <br />Whereas, the County's Director of the Department of Economic Development, or <br />designee, is authorized to sign the MOU between HCD and the proposed SBVEZ, as well as <br />other documents necessary for the implementation of the Enterprise Zone; and <br />Whereas, the County's Director of the Department of Economic Development, or <br />designee, is authorized as the Contact person for the SBVEZ; and <br />Whereas, the City of San Bernardino is authorized to act as Lead Agency for all <br />environmental review purposes through the final certification of the Environmental Impact <br />Report and the City Planner of the Development Services Department of the City is <br />authorized to sign all documents relating to the environmental review process. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd day of October, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
