• Recognition — MPT Toro presented a certificate of recognition to Charles Berry, the Electric Utility Director, on behalf of the City of Colton's Electric Utility department, for its exceptional performance and achievement in receiving the American Public Power Association's Gold Reliable Public Power RP3 designation. • Recognition — CM Gonzalez presented recognition certificates to the members of the Youth Council for being outstanding students who have completed all requirements of the Youth Council; certificates were accepted by Kaley Diaz, Elizabeth Hernandez, Sienna Fernandez, Genesis Rodela Uriate and Sebastian Tabares. R-20-25. Mayor Navarro announced the Public Hearing Open. City Clerk Suchil submitted the Notice of Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk's Office) and there were no protests or objections thereto.
