0 Recognition - Development Services Award for Cultural Resources Element <br />Mayor Navarro presented a recognition certificate to the City of Colton's Development <br />Services Department for receiving the 2025 Preservation Design Award and the Trustees <br />Award for Excellence from the California Preservation Foundation, for their work in <br />developing the City of Colton's updated Cultural Resource Element. Heidi Duron, the <br />Director of Development Services received the recognition certificate on behalf of the <br />Development Services Department and gave special thanks to Mario Suarez, Planning <br />Manager, and previous Development Services Director, Mark Tomich.
