0 Recognition - Development Services Award for Cultural Resources Element <br />Mayor Navarro presented a recognition certificate to the City of Colton's Development <br />Services Department for receiving the 2025 Preservation Design Award and the Trustees <br />Award for Excellence from the California Preservation Foundation, for their work in <br />developing the City of Colton's updated Cultural Resource Element. Heidi Duron, the <br />Director of Development Services received the recognition certificate on behalf of the <br />Development Services Department and gave special thanks to Mario Suarez, Planning <br />Manager, and previous Development Services Director, Mark Tomich. City Manager, Bill <br />Smith also recognized Heidi Duron and her staff for the excellent work they are doing. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />GIFT DISCLOSURES <br />Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any brief reports on meetings attended <br />at the expense of the city. (GC Section 53232.3(4).
