PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Job Title - City Manager <br />Mayor Navarro adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. and the meeting <br />reconvened with all members being present at 6:00 p.m. <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session and <br />discussed Items A and B; there was no reportable action. <br />OPEN SESSION <br />Open Session Meeting held on the above given date at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of <br />City Hall, with Mayor Navarro presiding. <br />INVOCATION Pastor Scott Thibodo - Centerpoint Church <br />FLAG SALUTE Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Commander Bernie Moyeda <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were MPT Toro, CM Gonzilez, CM Echevarria and Mayor <br />Navarro; CM Chastain was absent and excused. <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Isaac T. Suchil; <br />City Treasurer Henry M. Razo was absent. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS <br />• Proclamation - Parks and Recreation Month <br />Mayor Navarro read a proclamation declaring July as Parks and Recreation Month. <br />The Mayor presented the proclamation to Heidi Struts, Recreation Services Manager, <br />who accepted on behalf of the Community Services Department. <br />
