Razo was absent. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS <br />• Proclamation - Parks and Recreation Month <br />Mayor Navarro read a proclamation declaring July as Parks and Recreation Month. <br />The Mayor presented the proclamation to Heidi Struts, Recreation Services Manager, <br />who accepted on behalf of the Community Services Department. <br />
