T� <br />/NC RPCJRAlkO 09 <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AND <br />TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING AND PLANNING, INC. <br />ARTICLE 1. PARTIES AND DATE <br />This Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement ("Second <br />Amendment") dated as of the 7th day of November, 2006 is entered into by and between <br />the City of Colton ("City") and Transportation Engineering and Planning, Inc <br />("Consultant"). <br />ARTICLE 2. RECITALS <br />2.1 City and Consultant entered into that certain Professional Service <br />Agreement dated December 7t", 2004 ("Agreement"), and was amended on June 6, 2006 <br />("First Amendment"), whereby Consultant agreed to provide the City with <br />Environmental Analysis for the Colton Bike Lane. <br />2.2 City and Consultant now desire to amend the Agreement to revise the <br />Scope of Services to include additional services for the project. As a result of the <br />extended scope of services the City and Consultant desire to increase the amount of <br />compensation by a not to exceed amount of Twenty Thousand and no cents ($20,000). <br />ARTICLE 3. TERMS <br />3.8 Section 3.8.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and <br />replaced with a new Section 3.8.1 to read as follows: <br />
