PARTIES AND DATE <br />This Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement ("Second <br />") dated as of the 7th day of November, 2006 is entered into by and between <br />City of Colton ("City") and Transportation Engineering and Planning, Inc <br />I <br />2. RECITALS <br />2.1 City and Consultant entered into that certain Professional Service <br />lent dated December 7th, 2004 ("Agreement"). The Agreement was amended on <br />6, 2006 to provide Environmental Analysis for the Colton Bike Lane ("First <br />2.2 City and Consultant now desire to amend the Agreement a second time to <br />the Scope of Services to include additional services for the project. As a result of <br />extended scope of services, the City and Consultant desire to increase the amount of <br />by a not to exceed amount of Twenty Thousand and no cents ($20,000). <br />CLE 3. TERMS <br />3.1 Section 3.8.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and <br />d with a new Section 3.8.1 to read as follows: <br />-1- <br />
