No further analysis is needed. Also, noise construction measures will be <br />incorporated to ensure noise standards are met. <br />SECTION 5. Certification/Publication. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of the <br />Ordinance and cause the same or summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after <br />adoption in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of Colton. <br />SECTION 6.
