DAP24-0038), ORDINANCE NO.0-08-25 <br />Staff Person: Heidi Duron <br />Public Hearing Opened <br />The Mayor announced the Public Hearing Open. <br />The City Clerk submitted the notice of Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk's Office) and reported <br />that 4 letters of opposition were received for this item. <br />Staff Presentation <br />Heidi Duron, Director of Development Services, provided clarification about the item and then <br />introduced Consultant Shannon Lista from Michael Baker Consulting to the Council an overview of the <br />agenda item. <br />Public Hearing Comment <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />• Jose Cervantes <br />• Robin Hackter <br />• Reed Shankailer <br />• Pamela Sapetto <br />• Paige Gosney <br />• Bruce Dalfour <br />Public Hearing Closed <br />A motion was made to Close the Public Hearing by Luis S.
