CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />None <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is an existing agreement between (SAWPA) and the City which will provide the Project with <br />$1,500,000; the agreed amount that will be provided by SAWPA is available in account 450-0535- <br />6987-3890 for this Project. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council authorize rejection of the bid received on September <br />21, 2006 for Agua Mansa Road Widening and Re -alignment Project. <br />Report prepared by Victor Ortiz — Public Works Department <br />
