Ceremonial Matters <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Recognition - Koa Regalado - Quarterback CHS Football Team <br />• Business Focus - Colton Cuts Barber Shop <br />Mayor and Council Items <br />Gift Disclosures <br />Prior to rendering a decision in any proceeding involving a license, permit, contract or other <br />entitlement pending before the City Council, any Council Member who has received been <br />promised a gift or gifts aggregating $50.00 or more in value within the preceding twelve <br />months from a party or participant in the proceeding shall disclose that fact either orally or in <br />writing during open session. This disclosure shall be made part of the official public record of <br />the proceeding, either as part of the minutes of the meeting or as a separate writing filed with <br />the city. (CMC Section 2.04.030) <br />AB 1234 Oral Reports <br />Members of the City Council shall provide brief reports on meetings attended at the expense of <br />the city.
