Closed Session <br />City Attorney Carlos Campos announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item #1. <br />1) Public Employee Performance Evaluations <br />Job Titles: City Attorney & City Manager <br />City Attorney Oral Report on Closed Session Actions <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session and discussed <br />Closed Session Item #1; directions were given but there was no reportable action. <br />Open Session <br />6:00 P.M. <br />Open Session Called to Order <br />Mayor Frank J. Navarro called Open Session to order at 6:00 P.M. <br />Invocation <br />Pastor Pete Tasaka —The Vineyard Church <br />Flag Salute <br />Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) Member Bernie Moyeda <br />Roll Call <br />Council members present were David J. Toro, Kelly Chastain, Luis S. Gonzalez, John R. <br />Echevarria, and Mayor Frank J. Navarro. <br />Also present was the City Clerk Isaac T. Suchil and City Treasurer Henry M. Razo. <br />Staff present were City Manager, William R. Smith, and City Attorney, Carlos Campos. <br />Ceremonial Matters <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />a Retirement of K9 Boy and Introduction of K9 Brita <br />The Colton Police Department proudly recognizes the retirement of K9 Boy, honoring his <br />years of loyal and dedicated service to the City of Colton. K9 Boy has faithfully served <br />alongside his handler, contributing to public safety, crime prevention, and community <br />protection. His service reflects the very best of our department. <br />
