Motion <br />carried <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(3) Minutes - Approved Minutes for the Regular Meeting of the City Council held on <br />December 5, 2006, on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(4) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #83379 to #83511, Dated 11 /16/06, Totaling <br />$659,646.378, on file in the Finance Department. <br />(5) Personnel/Water — Approved Request for Recruitment and Ratification of Employee <br />Appointment for the Full -Time Position of Water Utilities Supervisor in the <br />Water/Wastewater Department. <br />(6) Personnel/Water — Approved Request for Recruitment and Ratification of Employee <br />Appointment for the Full -Time Position of Water Utilities Operator in the <br />WaterNVastewater Department. <br />(7) Part Time Classifications — Approved and Adopted a Resolution for Setting the Basic <br />Compensation Rates for Part-time Classifications and Amend Resolution R-87-06, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-162-06. <br />(8) City Treasurer Duties — Approved and Adopted a Resolution Amending the Tasks of the <br />City Treasurer and Related Additional Compensation, RESOLUTION NO. R-163-06. <br />(9) Grant/County of San Bernardino - Approved Acceptance of the County of San <br />Bernardino, Department of Nutrition, 2006 Mini Grant in the Amount of $2,236.60, for the <br />Recreation Division of the Community Services Department. Funding is for Department <br />"Mission -Nutrition Program." Adopt a Resolution Amending the Approved Budget for <br />Fiscal Year 2006-07, to Reflect Receipt of the said Grant and the Allocation for <br />Expenditure, RESOLUTION NO. R-164-06. <br />(10) Grant/Department of General Services — Approved Acceptance of Grant from the <br />Department of General Services, Telecommunications Division, in the Amount of <br />$1,636.22 to provide 9-1-1 Instruction for Children, RESOLUTION NO. R-165-06. <br />(11) Grant/California Office of Traffic Safety — Approved Acceptance of a Grant from the <br />California Office of Traffic Safety in the Amount of $50,541.60 to Conduct Six Sobriety <br />Checkpoints, RESOLUTION NO. R-166-06. <br />(12) Stop Signs — Approved and Adopted a Resolution Amending Resolution No. 2119 to <br />Add the Placement of Two Stop Signs at the Intersection of Washington Street and <br />Santo Antonio Drive RESOLUTION NO.
