R- 07-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2006 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2007 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted on June 20, <br />2006; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities <br />may be made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the <br />budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: In receipt of the State Homeland <br />Security grant for Federal Fiscal Year 2006, it has become necessary to make an <br />amendment to the 2006/2007 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Expenditure <br />Appropriation in Fire Department Grant Account Number 225-6090-6091-4930 in the <br />amount of $8,602 and Account Number 225-6090-6094-4930 in the amount of <br />$5,000 and increase the Grant Revenue Account Number 225-5879 in the amount of <br />$13,602. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina R.
