This disclosure shall be made part of the official public record of <br />the proceeding, either as part of the minutes of the meeting or as a separate writing filed with <br />the city. (CMC Section 2.04.030) <br />AB 1234 Oral Reports <br />Members of the City Council shall provide brief reports on meetings attended at the expense of <br />the city.
