EXHIBIT "C" <br />COMPENSATION <br />Consultant's charges for legal services are based on the following hourly rates, billed in <br />increments of 1/10'' of an hour: <br />Partners $345.00 - $360.00 through March 31, 2007 <br />Associates $150.00 - $305.00 through March 31, 2007 <br />Paralegals $75.00 - $185/hour through March 31, 2007 <br />Any proposed increase in the effective rates must be preceded by at least a 30 -day written notice <br />to the City's Representative. <br />Consultant will bill City for actual costs and expenses, including but not limited to the following: <br />Photocopies $0.15 per copy <br />Facsimile Transmittal $1.00 per page <br />Mileage IRS Authorized Rate <br />ORANGEWCONZELMAN00985.
