R-15-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2006 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2007. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the fiscal Year <br />commending July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted <br />on June 20, 2006, and; <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State, and; <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) <br />to the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino <br />County, California authorizes, entering into the State of California <br />Agreement CPRE -6293 providing for a cost of living increase to the <br />State's Department of Education State Pre -School Grant in the amount of <br />$9,533. <br />SECTION 2: As a result of this agreement, it is necessary to make an <br />adjustment to the fiscal year 2006-07 budget. The allocations in the <br />Childcare Fund, Expenditure Account 206-7200-7203-1040 and Revenue <br />Account 206-5776 shall both be increased by the agreement amount of <br />$9,533. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of February 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
