Municipal Code Establishing Requirements For The Review Of Land To Be Used As Open <br />Space Mitigation For Species Conservation <br />City Attorney Martinez recommended that the Public Hearing be opened and continued to <br />February 6, 2007 and need continued discussion before action can be taken. <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in <br />the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />Motion/second by CM Oliva/Mitchell to continue the public hearing to February 2, 2007.
