RESOLUTION NO. 857 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE 2006/07 BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton for the <br />fiscal year ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted on June 20, 2006 by Agency Resolution <br />No. 855; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and Section 33000 et al of the Health <br />and Safety Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton conducts a mid -year <br />review of the budget each year and makes adjustments as appropriate; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by approval <br />and resolution of Agency Board; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. It is necessary to amend the 2006/2007 budget, transferring $76,213 <br />from the Agency's Administration Fund 886 (salaries and benefits) to the West Valley Capital <br />Projects Fund 879 (professional services). <br />Section 2.
