La Cadena Drive <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />Dear Mr. Parrish, <br />Thank you for your time this morning as we discussed the status of our property at <br />2001 Key Street in the City of Colton. <br />Pursuant to our conversation, please explore on our behalf the feasibility of the City <br />of Colton issuing the necessary permits, authorities and conditions for Pacific Tank <br />Lines to occupy and operate from this facility until such time as the SPA is finalized. <br />To this end, Pacific Tank Lines. is willing to provide the necessary assurances and <br />guarantees that.:may be required to :insure°. <br />when those plans are finalized, it will <br />vacate or renovate the.property as:n�ay;.fequiied by the City of Colton. <br />We appreciate your efforts to work with us to mitigate our cost of owning this <br />property during the moratorium period.
