Palm Street, Unit B <br />Brea, CA 92621 <br />Subject: Agreement Renewal <br />Dear Mr. Calderon: <br />The City has decided to exercise the option to renew the Professional Services Agreement <br />for one additional year under the terms set forth in section 3.1.2 of the agreement. This <br />option will be effective February 15, 2007. All other provisions set forth in the agreement <br />approved by council shall remain the same. <br />The City appreciates the hard work that you and your staff have performed over the last <br />year for the Electric Utility.
