ITEM #6 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MARCH 6, 2007 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Oliva, Toro and Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil. <br />It was announced that Mayor Chastain was in attendance of Closed Session and CM De La <br />Rosa was absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A through D. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) (threat of litigation) <br />Number of Potential Cases: unknown (RMED) <br />B.
