No. 1 (attached as Exhibit A) in the amount of $2,670.84; the device was required for water meter <br />installation. <br />Horizons CCI Services, Inc. completed the project satisfactorily, in the total amount of <br />$134,920.84. This amount was 2% higher than the contract amount as a result of the requested <br />Change Order No. 1.
