Leonard <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are exempt under Section 15301(c) of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The project was funded collaboratively by the Electric Utility ($160,000.00) and General Fund <br />($108,599.47). The General Fund share was expended from the following accounts 100-1000- <br />1340-3890, 450-0619-6960-3890 and 450-0620-6960-3890.
