The signal at Rancho and Agua Mansa is listed as third priority because funding sources have <br />already been secured for the project. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The submittal of these applications will not have a financial impact. However, if awarded the <br />City will provide a 30% local match for each identified project.
