EXHIBIT "C" COMPENSATION The following rates are applicable for Pennsylvania Transformer Technology, Inc. personnel working within the Continental United States: Daily Rate .............................................$1,250.00 per day or any part thereof Weekend/Holiday Rate...............................$1,800.00 per day or any part thereof The Weekend/Holiday rate is applicable to all Federal Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays That are actually worked. Saturdays and Sundays on assignment but not worked will be Billed at the regular daily rate. All Holidays worked or on assignment will be billed at the Full weekend/Holiday rate. Overtime Rate ..........................................$ 235.00 per hour or any part thereof Overtime rate is applicable to all days on which the time worked exceeds eight (8) hours. The overtime rate applicable to Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays on which the time worked exceeds (8) hours will be billed at the rate of $350.00 per hour or any part thereof. Travel time shall be billed at the daily rate of $1,250.00 for traveling to and from the location or site. All travel expenses will include airfare (or $0.45 per mile for auto travel), rental car, tolls, lodging, meals and other local living expenses, etc., and will be billed at actual cost plus 15%. Any waiting time when the service engineer is available to work—up to a maximum of eight (8) hours on any one workday or holiday—will be regarded as time actually worked and will be billed at the applicable rate.
