CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) <br />Mayor Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 7:59 p.m. and at 8:35 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />Mayor Chastain reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on the <br />items previously announced council did not reach a conclusion and council will return to closed <br />session after the regular council meeting. <br />A.
