EXHIBIT A <br />Bid Specification: Garage Electrical Improvements (Page 1 of 2) <br />For the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton <br />Rancho Mediterrania Manufactured Home Estates <br />700 East Washington Street, Colton, CA, 92324 <br />On an as -needed basis: <br />Remove and/or repair any and all pre-existing electrical wiring and fixtures attached inside and outside of <br />the garage and install new material as specified below in order to provide electricity into a two -car garage. <br />The installation includes 2-20 AMP Breakers at the pre-existing home's main panel with cable in conduit <br />running underneath the home and connecting the garage with a two -gang light switch that supplies <br />electricity to properly function 1 Illuminated Address Light 2 Carriage Lanterns, 1 Porch Light, 1 Globe <br />Bulb and 3 Receptacles. <br />Contractor to supply all material, labor, equipment and any other items necessary or required to safely <br />perform the work and satisfactorily complete the installation of the work in accordance with the <br />specifications below. <br />Cable: 12/ 2 non-metallic sheathed cable in conduit, 600 Volts with Copper & Ground <br />Secured with appropriate fasteners every 12" to the frame and sill and not "hanging". <br />Breakers: 2-20A 2P circuit breakers installed @ the home's main control panel. <br />Under- Install cable into ## LF 3/4" PVC conduit with necessary elbows and fittings <br />Ground: Bury conduit 24" below grade <br />Installation to include ## LF of trenching, backfill and recompaction <br />Circuits: 1 Circuit connecting 1 Receptacle and 2 Carriage Lanterns triggered by Photo Cell. <br />1 Circuit connecting 2 Receptacles and a 12 Volt Step-down Transformer connecting <br />the Illuminated Address Light <br />Fixtures: install 1 interior Porcelain Ceiling Bulb Socket Light <br />(install in rafters 7' from man door and wire to Switch #1) <br />install 1 exterior standard polished Brass Jelly Jar Porch Light <br />(install @ 8' of height and 1' away from man door and wire to Switch #2) <br />install 2 exterior polished Brass Carriage Lantern <br />Hampton Bay Brand w/ 44" square glass <br />(install 1 on each side of garage door @ height equal to top of garage & V away) <br />install 1 Illuminated Address Light V above Carriage Lantern on Garage <br />Black flush mount (10.2"L x 4.7"W x 3/4"D), White face (9.8"L x 4.2" x 1 '/4"D) <br />"HEMCO AL -301B Address Light" from ESSCO Electric, 22050 Commerce Way, <br />
