employment decision should be rescinded. The parties shall select and utilize an arbitrator. The arbitrator's <br />decision shall be considered final and binding with no further administrative appeal rights. <br />SECTION 2: WORKING HOURS / DAYS <br />The City Manager reserves the right to change the work schedule, working hours, and working days of any <br />Executive Unit member. Such changes include requiring members to work a 9/80 (i.e., alternating Fridays off) <br />or Monday through Friday.
