ITEM #9 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />JUNE 5, 2007 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:06 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil, Mitchell, Oliva, De La Rosa, Toro <br />and Mayor Chastain. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />item A thru C. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code, Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Representative: Daryl Parrish, City Manager <br />Employee Organizations: Executive Unit <br />Mayor Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:08 p.m. and at 6:07 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />Mayor Chastain reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on the <br />items previously announced council did not reach a conclusion and council will return to closed <br />session after the regular council meeting. <br />A.
