EXHIBIT "C" <br />COMPENSATION <br />Consultant's charges for legal services are based on the following hourly rates, billed in 1/10th of an <br />hour increments: <br />Partners $185.00 per hour <br />Associates $160.00 per hour <br />Law Clerks $100.00 per hour <br />Paralegals $105.00 per hour <br />Consultant will bill the City for actual costs and expenses, including the following: <br />Process server fees, Statutory fees, Fees assessed by courts or agencies, Court reporter fees, long <br />distance telephone calls, messenger or delivery fees, postage, parking, investigation expenses, <br />consultant fees, computer research fees, expert witness fees, telecopies, in office photo -copies at 25 <br />cents per page, mileage at 30 cents per mile. <br />Consultant will obtain City's consent before incurring any cost in excess of $500.00 <br />RVPUB\NGs\529334 C-1 (BBK revised July 2, 2001) <br />
