through June 30, 2008, and as such, requires City Council Approval. <br />Since the contract was originally competitively bid, and the contractor has agreed to hold its <br />pricing structure, staff feels there would be no advantage to re -bid these services at this time. <br />Approving this Third Amendment would allow tree trimming services to continue, uninterrupted for <br />the current fiscal year.
