CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT FOR <br />EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES LIAISON <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Contractor shall provide limited emergency medical service (EMS) coordination <br />as mutually agreed upon between Contractor and Agency. This will include EMS <br />education as identified in Agency's CQI process; assisting Agency with its CQI <br />process by evaluating trends for system effectiveness and identifying areas of <br />needed improvement and forwarding on concerns to EMS administrator for the <br />Agency; observing field responses and reviewing documentation to provide <br />feedback to Agency; assisting Agency in maintenance of EMS exposure control <br />program including the provision of required annual pathogen training; and <br />interfacing with EMS regulatory agencies, base hospitals, and paramedic training <br />institutes. <br />C:\IETemp\0LKl4D\Emergency Medical Services Liaison Agreement - LLUMC.doc <br />Page 9 <br />
