ITEM #4 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />AUGUST 21, 2007 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil, Mitchell, Oliva, Yzaguirre, De La <br />Rosa and Mayor Chastain. <br />CM Toro arrived at 5:07 p.m. <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss item A thru C. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
