that the City of San Bernardino requested changes to the second version of this agreement. The <br />changes requested by the City of San Bernardino are minor and primarily alter the order in which <br />the language approved in the second draft is presented. This third draft is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />C. <br />Neither the County nor the City of San Bernardino anticipate additional changes to this agreement <br />will be necessary. Staff will refrain from moving forward in bidding this project until the redrafted <br />agreement is fully executed by all parties involved.
