EXHIBIT "B" <br />PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULE OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />The following is an outline of the graffiti removal process as it pertains to the Agreement: <br />• The current graffiti hotline will continue to be used for citizens to report graffiti and will <br />be monitored by both the City technician and the Contractor. <br />o The contractor will access the hotline on Friday and Saturday, and be responsible <br />for the removal of the graffiti reported to the hotline during these days. <br />• When Police Officers on -duty view graffiti, they will continue to advise dispatch of the <br />location. Dispatch will notify the graffiti hotline and make a CAD entry (under "TAG") <br />of the graffiti for tracking purposes. <br />• The graffiti will be photographed by the removal crew for criminal cases. <br />• The contractor will prepare an accurate graffiti removal activity log indicating each <br />location graffiti was removed during the weekend. The log and digital photo disk will be <br />submitted to Public Works by Sam Monday for review. <br />• The City technician will review the calls to the Graffiti Hotline on each Monday and <br />compare the graffiti removal log submitted by the contractor. Once reviewed, the photos <br />will be forwarded to the Police Department's NET office for criminal investigation if <br />possible. <br />SCHEDULE <br />• Friday — Saturday graffiti calls are: <br />o Received at PD and conveyed to contractor. <br />o Retrieved from P.W.'s graffiti hotline by contractor. <br />• Term of Agreement extends from July 2007 through June 2008. <br />RVPUB\NGS\529338 C-1 (BBK revised July 2, 2001) <br />
