The employee's reclassification is retroactive to September 10, which was when all the required <br />documents were submitted to Human Resources. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed increase of $10,222 which includes salary and benefits, will not negatively impact <br />the adopted and approved budget for the Electric Department.
