ITEM #6 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />NOVEMBER 6, 2007 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:03 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil, Mitchell, Oliva, and Yzaguirre. <br />Mayor Chastain and CM De La Rosa absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />item A and B. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - 'EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a) <br />Case Name: City of Colton v. American Promotional Events, Inc. - West, et al. <br />Case Number: US District Court Case No. CV 05-01479 DDP(Ex) <br />B.
