<br />construction agreement to the lowest responsive and responsible
<br />bidder, Harris Construction, in the
<br />amount of $673,931.00.
<br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT:
<br />The County of San Bernardino has completed an Environmental Impact Report and adopted a
<br />Negative Declaration for the Randall Basin Project completing the California Environmental
<br />Quality Act (CEQA) requirements for the Randall Basin Project. In addition, a Nation Wide Permit
<br />was issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers which complies with the federal
<br />environmental requirements for a project as established by the National Environmental Policy Act
<br />(NEPA).
