Board and to the Risk Management Programs in which this City participates are hereby <br />confirmed and designated as the City's delegates for all purposes of representing the <br />City's interests and exercising the authority of the City with respect to the Coverage and <br />the Program and voting on behalf of the City on all matters delegated to the Governing <br />Board and signing such amendments as are contemplated to be approved by the <br />Governing Board. <br />RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the <br />General Manager of the ICRMA. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2008 <br />Kelly J.
