FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />This action will require the installation of two stop signs and two advance warning signs. The <br />material cost for these installations will cost approximately $1,000.00. These funds are available <br />within account number 100-6150-6160-2301. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The adoption of the proposed Resolution is exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) - "Where it can be seen <br />with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect <br />on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA." In this case, there is no possibility that <br />the installation of these stop signs will have a significant effect on the environment because the <br />installation of stop signs at this intersection will not affect the circulation, nor increase/decrease <br />the volume of vehicular of traffic along this roadway.
