1.0 OVERVIEW 1.1 Purpose & Objectives The purpose of this document is to describe the work to be performed by AT&T California (also referred to as the Contractor or AT&T) in satisfying the requirements for Colton Police Department (also referred to as the Agency) related to the proposed E911 system solution comprised of the following system sub -components, VESTA Pallas, and Orion MapStar. There will be considerable hardware and software replacements. AT&T will work to prevent equipment downtime, but, due to the nature of the project (where so much hardware and software is being replaced), there will be times when equipment will have to be turned down. Any PSAP downtime will be coordinated between AT&T Project Management and Colton Police Department Project Management or PSAP Manager. AT&T shall provide the following products: PlantCML VESTA/PALLAS MagIC EX Call Processing Equipment AT&T shall provide the following system component(s): VESTA PALLAS MagIC EX Orion MapStar These systems will include the following components: VESTA/PALLAS System • (5) VESTA PALLAS (Ver. 2.6) Positions w/19" LCD monitor • (2) 4x16 Combo Card (4 Lines x 16 digital positions per card) • (2) GATM 8 port Line Card (8 Analog Lines per card) • (4) MTU w/ Redundant Package CAMA Card (Terminates two 911 CAMA trunks per card) • (1) BCM Redundant Base unit (includes 4 card slots) • (5) 24 Button KIM module • (5) 16 Button Digital Telephone BCM Set • (5) Genovation Keypads • (5) Phone and Radio Call Check Software • (1) EAS (Enhanced ALI Wireless Service) • 5 Year Support Contract MagIC EX System • (1) MagIC EX included with VESTA PALLAS system Orion MapStar System • (5) Positions (Data provided by PlantCML) Agency shall supply following system components: • Netclock Colton Police Department SOW Page 1 Version 1.0
