zones within this District can be assessed an annual inflator of three percent. This inflator <br />has not been assessed to the parcels in Zone 1 each year. The levy for parcels in Zone 1 <br />can be increased up to twelve percent in the upcoming fiscal year. The Engineer's Report <br />for Fiscal Year 2008/2009 indicates a three percent increase to those parcels assessed in <br />Zone 1 of this District to accommodate for an increase in utility and maintenance expenses; <br />the proposed levy for fiscal year 2008/2009 is $133.84, an increase of $3.90. Parcels in <br />Zone 2 were annexed to the District at a levy per EBU of $385.15.
