The City of Colton will be receiving 21.7628% of the output, or approximately <br />3.7 MW. The delivery of the energy will commence November 1, 2008 and end on December <br />31, 2023. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The purchase price for the energy shall be $1 per MWh greater than the most recent published <br />California Public Utilities Commission Market Price Referent for RPS Energy, which is currently <br />$93.83 per MWh. Therefore the total contract price will be $94.83 per MWh, to remain fixed <br />without escalation over the delivery period. Each participant will pay for only the amount of <br />energy delivered.
