Cooperative Agreement No. C08161 <br />Agreement. <br />g) This Agreement contains the entire Agreement and understanding between the PARTIES with <br />respect to the subject PROJECT and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous <br />negotiations, correspondence, or agreements between the PARTIES. In the event of any conflict <br />between the Agreement and an Exhibit(s), Table(s), Figure(s) attached to the Agreement and <br />incorporated by reference, the Exhibit(s), Table(s), Figure(s) shall control solely as to the subject <br />matter of said Exhibit(s), Table(s), and Figure(s).
