City staff requests that the Council authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services <br />Agreements with Mr. Rothans and Mr. Tucker, as well as the Reservation of Rights Agreements <br />with Mr. Rulon and Mr. Morehouse. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Funds were not budgeted for this matter, so staff recommends drawing down $25,000 for each <br />legal matter for a total of $50,000 from General Fund Reserves. Staff also recommends that the <br />funds be placed in the Police Administration Professional Services Account (100-6070-6071- <br />2350).
