In addition, the Resolution directs the Chief of Police to approve the dance permit application <br />submitted by Robert Hernandez for the El Sombrero facility. The dance permit will be subject to <br />the Amended and Restated Conditions of Approval for the Conditional Use Permits. In addition, <br />the permittee will need to comply with Colton Municipal Code 5.32 regarding dance permits, as <br />well as any dance permit conditions determined by the Colton Police Department. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />There is no direct financial impact from the Council's adoption of the proposed Resolution. The <br />modification of the Conditional Use Permits and approval of the dance permit will likely provide a <br />secondary beneficial financial impact by saving several hundred thousand dollars in court and <br />litigation costs and thousands of dollars in staff costs. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST — Gift Disclosure Requirements <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the proposed Resolution modifying the <br />Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use Permit Nos.
